Location: The Ashland American Legion Post 152, at 123 E. Broadway, right on the main drag in downtown Ashland, MO.
Please note! This dance is not at Columbia Independent School as usual. If you go there, you might find a dance, but it won’t be the one you are expecting! 😉 Instead, please join as at the location we typically dance on third Fridays: the American Legion in Ashland, MO.
A great contra band out of Lawrence, Coreopsis, will be providing the tunes, and our own local favorite, Jim Thaxter, will be providing the calling.
Come at 7pm for a contra dance lesson or refresher and be ready to join in when dancing officially starts at 7:30.

Our Ashland venue has a great dance floor, and the live music and calling shouldn’t be missed. So we hope to see you there!
You can park on the street in front of the American Legion hall. If you can’t find a spot, there’s plenty of parking in back and you may use the back door.
